I'd hazard a guess it's either PC100 or PC133 SDRAM. If you have the model number of the PC you can bung it into http://www.crucial.com/uk and it'll tell you exactly what memory it is. You can then either buy it new from Crucial, or maybe scour eBay (should be fairly cheap these days).

Alternatively, if you get the service tag of the PC (i.e. the serial number) and put that in Dell's support web site it should also tell you what memory it is.

Running Memtest off a Linux distro CD may also tell you what memory it is too.
