Definitely the computer. No other user has the same problem.

It is a wired connection.

Event viewer shows a dropped connection every few mins and has event id 4321 and source as NetBT.

The connection is recycled to quickly to check ipconfig.

Try replacing your drop cable (NIC->router).

I assume you're completely up to date with windows updates?

Are you running the proper driver (& latest) NIC driver?

Do you have a spare NIC to try?
