Hi Simon,One issue we (the DC GLUG group) have had in the past is being told that we can not plug anything into the mains in a Library unless it carried a portable appliance test certificate (PAT). There have also been questions about insurance, etc. too when trying to use public buildings.
How are you getting round this?And have you been in-touch with Alan O'Donohoe regarding the Raspberry Pi jams and using the eventbrite system he's setup to run and facilitate Pi Jams? It would be worthwhile using it as many people subscribe to it.
