XP can see and use loads of ram. Just depends on the hardware and if it's 32 or 64 bit XP.

Can XP see 2gb ? or does this depend on if its XP home, xp pro xp
something else, at any rate if you know how much it can see you can at
least set virtual box to the max possible used by the client (is that
right) operating system.
