Once migrated to mailman it's unlikely you'll need to move away.
MM itself is ancient and the UI hasn't changed in all the years I've
used it. But then, it doesn't really need to, does it?
MM is firmly in the "Good software, does what it does well" box for
me. Quite glad they haven't blinged it up or done pointless makeovers
tbh.
