Some months ago I mentioned that I no longer appeared on the list of members on the website even though I had had reviews written and posted in the past. At the time no one seemed sure who should sort this out but given the recent discussion some link really needs to be put on the site itself. Right now I have 3 choices. Log in Reset password Login with openid. Well, I can't log in obviously because it seems I'm not even on the member list. I can't reset the password. My email isn't recognised and at the time I did last use the website I may have had a Blueyonder email account which hasn't existed now for at least 5 years since I left. OpenId is confusing. According to their website if I have a Google/Yahoo/Blogger login then I already have an opened, yet none of the usernames I try from my Google account,yahoo account or Blogger account seem valid either. Why isn't their a simple "Register for website" option ? or having it linked back to the email list registration. I cannot at this stage remember how it used to work.
