Although I've not used myself I know that Scribus the DTP application
has a barcode generator.

It has a good few formats so it might be worth investigating.

There are quite a few other dedicated barcode generators available such
as kbarcode. Search with something like Synaptic and give them a try.

Hope you find something that can do the job for you.
