I have extracted the hard-drive from my laptop and am trying to boot from it (via a SATA HDD Docking Station). I could not, not yet sure why I am now trying to mount it. var/log/syslog indicates: Sep 8 11:54:52 cintilla kernel: [ 381.921226] scsi 7:0:0:0: Direct-Access ASMT 2105 0 PQ: 0 ANSI: 5 Sep 8 11:54:52 cintilla kernel: [ 381.928410] sd 7:0:0:0: [sdc] Attached SCSI removable disk But then I cannot mount /dev/sdc Any suggestions?
