I've been asked by the management of a local charity to implement some
kind of ticketing system to help them deal efficiently with the many,
mostly small, tasks and issues that arise.
So I'm looking for something like that. Web-based, ideally written in
PHP. Most ticketing systems I found are aimed at software development
and/or technical help desks, so if anyone has a suggestion for
something that can be deployed in a more general context, that's be
great.
