I agree,  we certainly have a few IT companies around here, hardware and
software as well as hosting companies and such like.  It may put the
south west on the map a bit more too.   We may even be able to blag some
goodies from Canonical too, I am working on this open source dvd for
windows,  so if that can be polished its something that can be given
away.   Could be a good way to promote the lug and Exeter lug too.

I agree, the first and second lug meets at Exeter Uni  (thanks to Simon
W for arranging that) were a great mix of Hands on and Talks over about
3 rooms,  one for talks, one for hands on and a more communal area where
we were playing 1/2 life on Wine.,  and this was way back in 2001/2.
