It's not the best laid-out site, is it? e.g. http://www.dcglug.org.uk/contacts and http://www.dcglug.org.uk/contact are different pages...However I'm sure that if you were to offer your services to tidy it up, update it and keep it updated and put more "exciting" stuff on it, make it more navagable, etc. etc. etc., then they might be accepted...
