Hi Tom,

The weasel-words from ebuyer are nonsense. 
What 
he is trying to say is that part of the system is faulty, 

therefore no refund. 
If you were explicitly promised an 
EULA as part of the package, 
then the package is not as 
described, and you are entitled to reject 
all of it. 


Quote from CC88 government purchasing guide for IT 
equipment: 
"The system will not be accepted in parts"
