I understand Outlook connectors are available. The various Funambol server/client software works well for smartphone integration.Both are whole groupware solutions (ie. do email too) so might not be ideally suited as a Calendar "plugin".
I'm trying to avoid the whole "groupware" thing right now as there's a few other applications tied into the email system, so really don't want to disrupt it, if at all possible!
