I have found FF4 to feel slightly faster and "smoother". This matters when on relatively slow 1.6GHz Atoms. Javascript is certianly faster, although not as fast as Chrome for the sites I visit (mostly gigaset VoIP phone interfaces which have a stupidly slow interface)
