Yeah there was a small pc store here in TQ was hit bigtime by MS for
upgrading people to newer PC's and just running Sysprep on the HDD and
installing it into the new machine instead of installing a fresh
version with a different key on.
They gave him the tools, its what the customer would prefer.... but it
breaks the licensing terms...
