Not a computer no, but I did buy the kids PS3 from them back in 2009 (just before Christmas) and it's still working fine.
I gather some of the kit they sell is ex-catalogue, refurbished and returned stuff (for instance my PS3 had a damaged box but the console inside was in perfect condition) and ex-corporate stuff (presumably this Dell is ex-corporate).
At £130 it's possibly worth a punt, you get a 90 day warranty and it's cheaper than some of the laptops I've seen on eBay which either have no warranty or 7/30 days.
