"The machines, refurbed by Remploy, will come complete with telephone support, monitor, mouse and Linux software." So the support is being provided by Remploy, at least telephone support is. I would guess that the PC would come with a setup guide, I gather training is being provided by the UK Online centres. I don't know much about Remploy but they appear to be a charity so maybe they're a similar sort of operation to Free Geek.
