Haha. Good one Alex. However I'd do it to BT, and wouldn't just be
whipping them. I'd (censored unspeakable violence) to the people
responsible for the way the system works, performance, customer
service and the rules.
I expect things to work. We've got software pretty much pinned down.
Now just the Internet and the Government. :P
