ï Âhi to all,  i noticed today a chap on exeter freecycle gave away a p111 600mhz machine with ubuntu 9.10,so i duly sent him a message informing him of dclug. he said he was fairly new to linux but was enjoying the experience and was amazed at how many calls he got for such an old machine. so flushed with his success i put to gether a slightly newer machine and am going to test the water with mint 9 on freecycle,i might try a bit of spamming on there as well extolling open source. happy days alex the noob  |
