There is far to much patronage (follow the (whitehall) leader), too many bandwagon chasers (nobody fired for suggesting Microsoft right?) and too much status (reflected in the more you spend the more important you are seen to be philosophy ). Its just plain wrong ... wrong ... wrong... but its way of life to a certain extent.
