I don't know what the current incarnation of the HH is or what it is based on (it used to be based on a Speedtouch router), and Speedtouch routers, particularly those with built in VoIP ATAs, seem to have a pre-configured port binding that prevents you from using SIP on the standard port. I believe it is removable via telnet, but you'll have to Google it yourself (currently on a train, I keep losing 3G signal and GPRS is quite painful).
