But ARM does not run windows,  that does not stop other devices from
being out that run Linux,

I can see the point though,  I will simply order it With Linux,  as I
can do that directly from Dell.  I am trying to decide if I need the
accidental damage cover,  if not I can just go for the Hdd Option,
