I've only upgraded one machine to Koala and it went OK (Little Viglen so it took all day) the only fault I've found is the screensaver wont work no matter what I try.
Seems to be a lot of complaints on the Ubu web site - not sure how much of that could be MS employees preparing for redundany..
Any other comment on it?

I installed Kubuntu 9.04 on my old Tosh Tecra and ran the upgrade to the latest version. It also took most of the day but, worked perfectly. Everything including the screensaver works fine. I will continue testing and let you know if I find any issues but, so far, I am very impressed.
