It's a one man company with several sub-contractors (independent
one or two man companies) and finance house etc using MS Projects.
He needs to arrange a course for at least 2 of his sub-contractors
and he will also attend.
Company by full swing of construction will be about 20 folk with
folk in UK, USA, Africa, France all using MS projects to co-relate
status and more importantly He will use the 'milestones' for payment
from bank so needs to have control of how MS Projects (World Bank
specified)gets input /rational/ etc .
