They can be had for $2.99/month.

There are dedicated proxy services that are even less.  Either of
those is probably a better idea than just using some list of free
ones, since the free ones are often the compromised or misconfigured
boxes of other people, not only being used without their knowledge
but potentially sniffing the traffic passing through.

TOR would be secure but the exit nodes are public knowledge, so some
places block them.  Also not particularly high bandwidth.

What the OP is trying to do may be illegal if not a breach of Sony's
terms and conditions of course.
