Check company insurance policy; Kid may not be covered, in the event of
accident. That aside....

Wired, unplug the relevant computer. Wireless, take the aerial off the
computer's network card. Do it whilst the kid's there. Be *very*
obvious about it.
If they behave like brats, treat them as such:- Computers are not a
substitute for adult supervision.
Sometimes, the simplest solutions are the best.
