Looks like it's a Unicode-in-the-URL thing more than a "drag an image
of a penguin into the address bar and it'll work" concept.

Still, it'll be interesting if they allow you to use the "variable"
regions of Unicode characters!  I can just imagine people registering
domains with Elvish script addresses! :D
