True - There's no chance  of anyone asking for something exactly like 
the internet, calling it the NHS backbone and then wasting £16Billion on 
not achieving it, or an ID system that could have been implemented using 
LDAP but they sensibly wasted £16 billion trying to adapt Microsofts DS 
with a huge amount of MS help - and seemly failed. No chance of those 
things happening again - MS will write the government side of the 
contracts better this time. Google will not be allowed to succeed - too 
embarrassing for others...
