[LUG] how do i respond to a message like this

Hi

I was sent this message earlier by the guy at the rugby club who is in
charge of the clubs IT system, I deleted it, but it seems i got sent it
again as someone has now sent it to everyone in their address book, and
i got it again,

I would like to formulate a response that is a) informative, and b)
basically says if you didn't use a pile of total crap such as windows
then you would not end up with the issues mentioned. I am just not sure
on the wording, thing is I don't want to sound rude and insult people
just point out that Doze is a pile of crap written by retards (or
something of that nature, (remember the reputation of the free software
community is at stake here).

Just wondered if you could suggest something please. if we make it
sound partly technical then it may at least sound good.

lol
