Yeah, I know.  I spoke to Eclipse about the possibility of moving our
2nd line over to them and doing line bonding, and the guy I spoke to
didn't seem to understand what I was asking... and the guy he put me
through to said they don't offer it and are unlikely to offer it in the
future.

So, load balancing is what we're looking at.  In an office with ~35
users (all using the Internet quite heavily), load balancing still
helps. :)
