Yeah, but how about getting a stack of kubuntu cd's and then giving them
away freely once we tell em that its kde, along with perhaps a stack of
flyers to invite people to the next meeting. Or even better just says
its free software.

We need a few odfalliance newsletters printing off, to show people that
odf is a serious file format, and convince people that openoffice is a
viable replacement (but actually try and make a good argument for it)

perhaps then do a demo thing,

I personally would wait till the summer, warmer weather, people don't
want to stand around in the cold looking at a computer screen, eh.

Perhaps we can actually do something at the cafe, have a laptopm with
kde installed and demo it to people. problem is I ONLY have ubuntu
flyers, can't find any for kubuntu, which would essentially be the same
flyer just modded for kde.

On Saturday perhaps we can as a group have a word with the manager, and
see what we can arrange.

its do-able but would need a firm commitment from people and decent
planning.
