Best thing to do is to simply book it,  remember that the first saturday
of the month is booked for Paignton meetings,

you can have good meetings with 2 or 3 people or 20 people just see how
things pan out on the day.

so book the venue,  put the details on the wiki (as I said I can help)
then see who can make it,

if it goes well see if you can negotiate meeting each month for 2009 or
every 2nd month,

once its done,  all the meets can be added to the wiki page,  as you can
see i have added all the paignton meets, as we come up with ideas, for
stuff, i simply add em to the appropriate page for that meet.

for the most part the details can be copied / pasted to each one

remember also that they get a free mention on the lug site, which is
good, as will any sponsors, i would guess,as they would get a mention +
weblink if they have a website.
