The only thing that rings alarm bells with me is the way manufactures
insist on squashing the keyboards into the smallest space possible so
that touch typists can't possibly be 100% productive at their normal
keyboard size levels. Even when they resized the screen for the new ASUS
EEE pc they kept the old keyboard design and just padded it out around
the sides of the frame .....

Yes one could get a detachable "roll-up" full sized keyboard but then
one would be adding extra expense .....

So in most cases you are either buying and expensive PDA with an
oversized keyboard or a undersized laptop with a non productive
keyboard.... well maybe Im being a little unkind here .....

Perhaps someone could design a screen only ("tablet like") laptop with a
decent screen size, and a detachable (equally decent sized) keyboard ?
