I live in Holsworthy and we have a local computer shop, PC-PlanIt which 
I use. They built me a computer two years ago, to my spec. They know 
that I never use Windows and they were perfectly happy to provide the 
computer with no OS installed. And no, they did not charge me for Windows.

And even better, a couple of the people who work there use Linux 
themselves and are not phased by it.
