On my home network I have an old smb network hardrive with some data I'd like to retrieve on it. I can access it via my iMac and my eee pc 701, but I can't access it via my PC running sidux nyx. Specifically I can sort of access it in sidux, using Konqueror for example, I can browse the directories. But if I press the parent directory button it says: An error occurred while loading smb://harmonia1/documents/inetpub/: The file or folder smb://harmonia1/documents/inetpub/ does not exist. If I delete the trailing / I can see the intended directory. This is a pain, but not the real problem. The real problem is that if I try and copy anything on to my local hd it gives the same error... ...anyone know how to how fix this?
