I have added the two urls you have posted to the lug site,  i am still 
getting my head round wiki tags etc,  to make a nice list of links,( any 
help appreciated HINT, HINT!.

I encourge others to post any links here to,  this is good timing, and 
could add weight to my other post about linux courses,  if we move 
people over to linux we need others to support them,  hence the need for 
courses,  trained support people = happy end users with support.  well 
in theory.
