Hi All I have finally discovered the problem. The main dns server is ns.rockhost4.co.uk which is updated regularly. The secondary dns servers are the other three. These should be updated on a regular basis but haven't. In fact no updating seems to have been done. I have raised a support ticket. In the meantime I have removed the secondary dns settings and it now seems fine.
