My point, perfectly valid and not warranting sarcasm, was to ask how a company would fair if somebody claimed they had opened packaging where the *license displayed on the package* was not in their own language. Would it be a valid legal defence to say that the license wasn't accepted just by opening the package, because the explicit term was not made clear in their language?
