I know they exist - but they were rendered useless in the early 80s.
They used to visit places but now they might just turn up after a few people 
have died.
You might have been payed but that doesn't mean they do anything. Try 
reporting breaches to them - they leap into inaction faster then you can say 
'the government would close us down as an impediment to business but that 
would be too obvious!'
