Good idea,  I am certainly up for helping and if we are mostly in the 
main room it means more space to work in, plus have specific jobs to do 
on the day.  if we are setting this up will there be computer work 
station desks, with power sockets / network sockets installed?

I think net nanny is provided on a server basis,  esp if using ltsp, 
using a proxy, (not sure exactly).
