Ok i dragged and dropped the file on to extensions manager - DOES NOT 
WORK, it installs, I click to close the dialog, and its not displayed, 

also tried to find an apt-get dictionary can't find one that actually 
works, or lists brithsh english in the spell check

So i have now attempted to solve this problem
