Thats what I was thinking.  Such a page could maybe have links to  
install guides and other resources.  Certainly makes it easier to find  
things for newbies who don't know where to look.

I expect I've got the wrong end of the wrong stick here... is this DCGLUG cooking 
it's 
own Linux distrubution ?. I thought I'd ask cos I thought even if this 
thread 
isn't about this prehaps it could be fun to make a DCGLUG Linux anyway.

....so I'll take that as a resounding vote of no confidence on the idea of a DCGLUG 
Linux. I like the idea anyway.
