Yup, The OpenCD is a collection of Open Source software for Windows. One of the earlier versions of the OpenCD (something like v5.04 or something) had Ubuntu on the disc too but TheOpenCD 7.04 is just for Windows. You can think of it as a way of easing Windows users into using Open Source Software (and hopefully eventually Linux).
