You need to change the contents of the ISO itself to change the contents of the final disk. I think that file roller will let you see the contents (although it's been ages since i've ran gnome, don't know if it's still around) and i'm sure there are plenty of other tools for editing .iso files. I've never heard of burning more than one (iso) to a disk though, for instance if you had two Linux distros, how could both ISO's install boot/toc information on a single disk? Running two instances of linux from one disk would require a boot loader such as LILO to be set up correctly to run the selected installer, but this is more complicated than just burning two isos to one disk, and in this case, both linux distros would be contained in a single iso. You can fit more than one film on a dvd disk, but you'll still need to create a single dvd .iso that contains both films with a menu set up so you can select one or the other to watch. You may well run into quality issues if you use the highest compression on a dvd to get lots on it, especially if your films have been encoded to another format such as divx. I'd suggest a bit of reading here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_9660 if you're interested. I've heard of utilities that can mount .iso files as if they we're "burned" and inserted into the appropriate drive for the media they contain, although i'm not sure whats about for linux.
