Dont know what the !H 's are 
Also I get "Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at
84.13.11.228."
So you are seen but not connecting on port 8080
You could try doing a trust all on 84.13.11.228 for a few minutes just
to see if the Router FW is the problem.
