It's a Debian installer for Windows - downloads all the files that'd
usually be on a bootable CD, sets up ntldr to give you the choice of
booting the debian-installer, etc.

Can anyone supply a useful URL for the Ubuntu equivalent I've heard tell of?
Google seems rather fecked recently, since they "bomb-proofed" it.
