Or you can get the best of both worlds:
Work in the Wysinwyg GUI cos its quick and then cut sections into a text 
editor and then paste them back. If, as I recommend, you stick to free 
flowing and not fixed/paper format you can, even if you don't take my advice 
and 're-factor' into several smaller doclets, clean up a large document quite 
quickly!
