My newly completed AMD64 box has dual booting. However, I can only select within the GRUB menu by using the up and down keys on the numeric pad. The PS2 keyboard is tried and trusted and I can't see anything either in the bios/mb setup that could cause/affect this, or any error messages during post and booting up. I also needed to use the numeric pad keys on the initial installation boot screen for various distros that I tested before installing Kubuntu. Can't find anything by Googling etc. Not really a problem - merely puzzling. Any ideas? -- W.
