I only have a ~/.mozilla folder though, which seems strange that firefox and mozilla are using the same directory, maybe it is intentional?. Anyway I have plugins in all 3 and not the same plugins either. Can't test to see which is what at the moment as i only have ssh access to my system and no xserver to export the session to.
