Try a two part glue like araldite or a "structural" adhesive. You will
probably need to jig the magnet until set. Usually these things are
assembled with the magnets un-magnetised then magnetised in situ by
various techniques depending on the motor construction.

Magnets can be a pain to glue as the surface of them is often very
smooth and hard and there is little for the glue to key to.

You could send me the dimensions of the magnet (and guess at its type, i
guess sintered ferrite). There is a chance i have a similar one lying
around (i make the equipment for magnetising these things you see)
